Beauty is not the only reason why one seeks manicure and pedicure. When you have long and dirty nails, you are not only affecting your looks but your health as a sigh that you are not having good personal hygiene, meaning manicure and pedicure are also for personal hygiene purposes. Speaking of manicure and pedicure, your fingernails and toenails are also enhanced with a Nail Polish that is why it is considered the best finishing touches for your fingernails and toenails and you apply them after cleaning your nails. There are different colors for these polishes and whether you want to use no color at all or other color choices, it is up to you to choose what you want to apply. Polishes for your nails are fashion accessories indeed.
It’s just a bit confusing how to choose the best colors and polishes that you would apply to your nails because there are a lot of choices to choose from but here are some tip to choose your polish:
1. Know the different types of nail polish. Nail polish comes in different types too either quick drying, all in one, long lasting or growth enhancing so you should determine what your needs first before deciding what polish to choose. It is always good to pick a quick drying one so that you don’t have to wait several hours before you can move your nails freely.
2. Ask yourself why you would apply polish to your nails. You can determine better the right color of polish to choose when you meditate on your reasons for applying them and it can either be for party purposes or for every purposes. Applying polish for a party may require you to follow the theme or just follow your dress code. Applying polish for every day purposes and with the sole reason of getting your nails look clean, well, as long as it blends well with whatever clothes or shoes you wear, it’s okay, not unless you want to change the colors of your polish every day.I, personally, want to choose safely so I usually go for clear and natural polishes so that my nails look healthy and at the same time it won’t look dorky when combined with my clothings. But defected nails cannot use natural or clear polish especially if you wan to hide these defects and you just choose a color good enough to hide them.
3. A lot of people also rely on their mood and the weather to decide what polish color to choose.
It’s easy to apply polish to your nails and by just following these steps, you can do it by yourself:
-soaking your feet with warm water
-scrubbing away the cuticles
-trimming your nails
-filing your nails
-applying the polish
These simple steps lessen the risk of hurting yourself because you are the on dong your nails and you can control how much pain you can bear, but if you really do not have the time to perform these simple steps to your nails, then going to a salon is an ideal choice and have your nails cleaned, trimmed, polished by professionals. Real professionals usually have the skills, expertise, and experience to clean, trim and apply nail polish to your nails successfully, so make sure, you find the right salon with the right professionals.
