GBC HeatSeal H312 Jam Free Pouch Laminator Product Review

The GBC HeatSeal H312 Jam-Free Pouch Laminator offers photo-quality lamination for low to moderate volume applications in small offices and homes. This 12.5 inch machine can laminate documents up to menu size with either 3 or 5-mil laminating pouches. Includes several features to prevent pouch jamming and includes a special pouch cleaning sheet to remove excess adhesive that may have built up on the rollers.

Technical Summary:
The GBC HeatSeal H312 pouch laminator has a 12.5″ wide throat that can accommodate documents up to menu size (12″x18″) and uses laminating pouches up to 5 mil thick. The variable, rotary temperature control and optional cold setting for heat-sensitive materials gives you ultimate control for professional laminating results. Two heated rollers provide photo-quality lamination for documents up to 12.5″ wide. This GBC laminating machine features GBC’s patented Jam-Free technology to guard against pouch misfeeds to ensure quick, expert lamination with each use. It is able to laminate documents at speeds up to 14″ a minute and the automatic shut-off feature turns off the machine after 60 minutes of inactivity, which saves power, thereby increasing the lifespan of your H312. It takes approximately 4 minutes to warm up and includes a release lever to remove pouches for realignment. The visual and acoustic alert system lets you know when it’s ready to use. This GBC laminator does not require a pouch carrier for applications.
